MISSION
From small vessels to large ships, generation.
we handle all types, ensuring our solid skills are passed on to the next
We have received high praise for our special processes such as roll forming, fitting, welding, and mechanical engineering. In an increasingly diversified shipbuilding industry, we will continue to inherit and advance our proven techniques into the future.
“Manufacturing of Rudder Structure and Stern Frames”
■Rudder
A flat component attached behind the propeller (screw) that determines the direction of the ship’s movement.
■Stern Frames
The rear block of the ship’s body through which the shaft from the engine passes and the propeller is mounted. It often has a streamlined structure, requiring high levels of machining and welding techniques.
“Machining of Stern Around Shafting Systems”
■Rudder Stock
A shaft that connects the hull and the rudder, and allows the rudder to rotate.
■Intermediate Shaft and Propulsion Shaft
Shafts used to transmit power from the engine to the propeller.
“Manufacture and Sale of Ship Fittings”
■Rudder Carrier
A bearing device installed on the hull side to support the rudder stock (rudder shaft). It requires precise machining techniques.
■Duct
Installed around the stern frame, this component efficiently draws seawater to the propeller, enhancing propulsion force.
“Roll Forming Processing”
Roll forming processing involves heating thick steel plates with a burner and then cooling them with water spray to induce thermal expansion and contraction, thereby forming curved surfaces. Among shipbuilding blocks, shaping the curved surface of the stern is considered the most challenging task, requiring highly skilled craftsmanship and experience.

“Fitting Work”
A high level of adhesion is required at the fitting joint of the machined parts of the rudder blade and rudder shaft. Simply machining them results in processing errors of about 0.01mm to 0.05mm, which do not achieve the required level of adhesion. Therefore, a fitting operation by skilled craftsmen, known as “fitting work,” is necessary for the cutting work on the contact surfaces. This is an extremely meticulous and delicate task that takes several years to a decade to master.
